Picture Day
Welcome to Alist Media Group Picture Day. This page is the main hub for ordering packages, day-of instructions, and photo gallery delivery for each team/school.
How it works
- Find your team/school/organization below & click their square image.
- You’ll be taken to our secure Square checkout to select your package + add-ons.
- After checkout, you’ll receive a Square confirmation by email. Screenshot it and bring it to picture day.
- Picture Day: check in first, then your athlete will be photographed.
- After Picture Day: your team’s NextGEN Gallery link will be posted on this page when photos are ready.

Day-of instructions
To make check-in fast and keep the line moving:
Bring:
- Your Square order confirmation (email or screenshot)
- Your athlete’s team/division + jersey number
- If ordering for multiple athletes/students, have each confirmation ready
When You Arrive:
- Go to the Check-In table first (before the photo line)
- Show your confirmation — we’ll confirm athlete name + team + jersey #
- You’ll be sent to the photo line and we’ll call your athlete up
Walk-ups are welcome:
No pre-order? No problem — scan the Walk-Up QR code at check-in and pay on your phone. After checkout, show the confirmation at the table and you’re good to go.
Prints:
- Print orders will be available for pick up at practice (pickup details will be announced)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to pre-order?
Pre-ordering is recommended for the fastest check-in, but walk-ups are welcome.
What if I can’t find my confirmation?
No worries — we can look you up by parent name / phone at check-in.
How will I receive my photos?
Digital orders will be delivered via your team’s Gallery link on this page when ready. Printed Photos will be delivered to your organization.
When will prints be ready?
Print orders will be available for pick up at practice. We’ll share pickup details with your team.
Can I order extra prints later?
Yes — you can order add-ons during checkout, and we may offer re-order options after galleries are posted.
